We are not going to put wording here that we have not had reviewed. If you need to know where you stand on something below before this is finished, ask us directly and we will answer in writing.

- Becoming a vendor: verification and account requirements
- Your listings: accuracy, pricing, and what may not be listed
- Accepting bookings, and honouring what you have accepted
- The platform fee, and how it is deducted
- Payouts: the connected account, the hold period, and timing
- Choosing a cancellation tier, and being bound by it
- Refunds, chargebacks, and who bears them
- Insurance, licensing, and your own legal obligations
- Suspension, delisting, and ending the relationship
