Does Simplicity Secured cost extra?
No. Simplicity Secured is included with eligible bookings made through Simplicity Events.
What happens if I experience an issue?
Contact our support team through your Simplicity Events account. We’ll review the booking details and assist in resolving the matter according to our platform policies.
Does Simplicity Secured apply if I book a vendor directly?
No. Simplicity Secured only applies to eligible bookings completed through the Simplicity Events platform. Booking directly with a vendor outside the platform means the protections and support offered through Simplicity Secured do not apply.
